Writeup:
RAK over ViBig
Rd 1 (RAK Server): RAK on o first. We made a pretty fast rush to cap pt. 1 within about 2 minutes, but we're then held for a good amount at cap 2 by a well placed sg :). Either way we eventually capped all 4, then took our turn at d. ViBig capped 1 and 2 with decent time, but RAK had good defensive stands at both caps 3 and 4 that gave us most of the point boost. After another turn at o for both teams round ended.
Rd 1: 158-104 for ~RAK~
Rd 2 (ViBig server): Well Captain Mike must have given a nice pep talk to the boys because they came out STORMING! I mean it looked like a whole different team. Demo boosts and super nice looking rocket-jumps got them the first set of caps in seemingly no time at all. RAK's O did about the same as we had first round, but ViBig's O overpowered us seemingly the entire round. We just had to weather the storm and hope for the best. With about 5 minutes remaining, the gates locked however :(. ViBig was held up with no where to go.
Rd 2: 150-128 for ViBig
Rd 2 continued: After a restart and cfg change we played out the remaining 5 minutes.
Rd 2 continued: 30-18 ViBig
Final: 304-284
GG ViBig very clean and well played. Hope to do it again sometime :).
