Tonight we played the the folks from Worth It. It was our first match up ever, and we hope not the last. They were a great clan to play and among the nicest clans we've played in TF2. Both rounds were hard fought with the mid-point switching between xD and w| multiple times for each cap. Their demos and scouts made our lives difficult both rounds.
In other news, we've noticed that our game play seems a bit better when we've scrimmed a map at least once and more than half the team has the map on game night. I dunno, call me crazy, and it may be voodoo, but it seems to make a difference. We may even try an experiment to see if it works more than once.
In any event, props to brown, operationivy, spies, ultrium, smax (next time make your beer run before pre-match, punk), kmk and mercow for a job well done. But before I go, a few anti-props. A big raspberry to meowz for disappearing w/o leaving us more pictures and to Groc for thinking making a living is more important than playing video games. We'd all like to leave a collective naked fart on Pohl's pillow for being insane - we're not cruel to -oNE
PS - Last week, I discovered that Necron's "reflections" are all pure fabrications of a small mind afflicted with illusions of grandeur. I'm amazed at RE's patience in dealing with his lunatic ravings. Hard to believe he has fans... only those with a juvenile thought capacity would eagerly await them... *cough*brown*cough.
