GG to kTp... sort of.
R1 we had our O brothers, arch & calling, online together for the first time in many a moon, which showed up in the score. Defense was manned by spies & ult, which also showed up in the score. Lots of scoring on both sides.
R2 we switched up O and put ult with arch, which meant less caps for us, but with calling playing fatty, it also meant less caps for kTp. Fairly slow round, but fun.
Anyway, I thought it was a good friendly game. Too bad a pall was cast after the match by an accusation of cheating and some ensuing hard feelings. Well, maybe in today's TFC community nobody cares and it's all normal course now to make random accusations and to take it in stride, but we still take offense to that. Maybe we're too old school, but even when we played at much higher levels of competition, we checked the HLTV first before making accusations against the other team. It's just courtesy, and there's a fine line before crossing into sour grapes and poor sportsmanship. Sometimes, when you lose, it's simply because the other team played better that night. We should know, even after some 8+ years of existence, I don't recall xD ever filing a dispute against another team for hacking - and lord knows we've lost enough matches.
