M over CD
This is the third time we have bumped heads with Creeping Death, and just like the previous two times it was a fun and clean match! Great game, guys!
Round 1 was played on the [CD] server, pings were decent on both sides! This being our second week on Pitfall, we were slightly more confident heading in, although we still had a few idiots who will remain nameless downloading the map 5 minutes before the match. Oh hell, I'm going to name him....M.Strider! I secretly suspect the only map Strider has is 2fort. Anyways, the capping began almost immediately, with both sides securing a quick cap! However, as time progressed, the [CD] offence began to find holes in our defence (the front door), and suddenly our "lockout" strategy broke apart as they poured in...[CD] slowly builds a small lead! You might even say, that "death" had "crept" up to our defense slowly! *rimshot! Ok ok, that is the last pun I will be using. The caps go back and forth for much of the round, with no one in the lead for any extended period of time! Offensive MVP goes to M.carbon, who once again manages to top our scoreboard...to save time I have t!

Defensive MVP goes to yours truly, as my insanely powerful engy skills manage to propel me to the top! It was all me! ALL ME! My defensive teammates were mere distractions, forcing the [CD] offence to turn their heads for a split second as I jumped in for the kill. Go me! Round ends in a tie, 7-7!
Round 2 was played on the sweet, sweet M server, and surprisingly [CD] pinged just as well as we did! After seeing what the [CD] guys could do, we knew that we would have to make some changes in order to take the second round! So naturally, I took off my blindfold which I usually play with, and suddenly my powers were increased tenfold! (Of course, this is in no way serious, as I did worse second round than I did first round, but I like to pretend, so humor me) Actually, the deciding factor was M.Kaekitus`BB! Threatened with the prospect that I would take away his porn if we lost, he definitely brought his A-game to the table. And boy, did he ever bring it! Kaek secures himself the defensive MVP for this round, racking up the most kills! Technically I was above him, but I capped a dropped flag! By the way, Kaek somehow manages to die only 5 times in 2 rounds, yet kills a combined total of 73 people. He is huge! Kaek not only keeps his porn, but now wins a free sub!

Also, surprisingly enough, M.carbon is edged out of the top spot by none other than our resident savior, M.OffHiSGamE a.k.a. miracle man! With a reputation of being able to pull caps seemingly out of his ass, he does not disappoint us tonight, making several (so I'm told) "nice concs" to score us a few caps! It's too bad I can still crush him on the mulch field! Bahaha! <insert random M.foLtage insult towards M.OffHiSGamE here> Round ends in M's favor 10-2!
