R1:
Round1 started off with uZ. pulling an early touch, and an almost equally as early cap. We pressed forward, our D feeling out the new defensive strategy well. The uZ. offense began to go on a tear, bringing in cap after cap. Finally due to the heavy spy defense on GoW's side they pulled a flag to the floor, and a scout ran off with it before we could set up down low. They did this a couple more times due to heavy TK'ing done by the uZ. defense. SHuX lost it as he was being pummeled continuously by Betel's stray emps and his frustration was vented on me due to the fact he had no voice for the match. He summarily dispatched myslef and my sentry gun several times. Good shooting SHuX!

R2:
Round2 started off much the same way, although this time the defense had a better idea of what to do. We stifled the GoW spies who gave up their quest in order to run a demo, soldier and some meds and scouts at us. My sentry gun fired away at the hapless GoW offense who definately showed signs of frustration. Soon Pyros, yard HW's and snipers were seen on the blue side. Our offense did their job, pulling home eleven caps, while the defense did theirs posting one of our first STA shut outs in a while. A nameless GoW passed the customary GG with "You guys are lame." They followed in their home IRC channel with more, but the sportsman GoW Azlan's class act behavior outweighed their ranting. Hey! I didn't see two HW's, did you?

MVP: Me! I hammered out over 70 kills as roaming engineer and kept my TK's to a relative minimum despite Handy's whining. Nearest Kill total was more than 30 frags behind.

I think he meant the fact that clans run all D in the flagroom and since you can get to the FR in 5 seconds when you respawn and you can even get extra nades in the FR it makes it pretty gay to play.
