Tonight we faced off against our friends at RES again, the map tonight was Run. We've played RES quite a bit lately and always have a good time.
Round one began with me weaseling out of playing and going to get some food as my download started after waiting 6 hours in line on File Planet. I'm not sure what happened but I hear some of my fellow 404ers spent the round exploring the map and each other. Round ends 6-4 RES.
Now, I got back home with my steak fajita burrito and was enjoying it immensely as the round wrapped up and we got back into IRC. Buckeye resolutely declared 404 wasn't going to lose and Des handed out the assignments. I finished my tasty dinner and my computer finished its tasty download. Off to round 2!
Things were much more together this round on the 404 side. We had RW(Fancy that! When the hell are they going to fix that program. Tons of people use it and if it actually worked properly I am sure more would register) and our runners made some key stops and were controlling the flag well. RES couldn't seem to keep the flag for any length of time. Surely all Dman and Enk's fault =D It was a good round and a good game, see ya next week RES :o Round ends 9-0 good guys
