RE vs EoD, Well
We got to play the good peeps at EoD tonight with the new and improved RE team. We've been back for a couple weeks, working on the roster and our teamwork, and are ready to raaaaawr.
R1 on our server:
What can you say, it was a pitcher's duel. RE gets the one and only cap thanks to a nice toss from the sniper deck. Was that from MVP-Accel? D locks down completely and only lets in a couple touches. Intense round. RE 10, EoD 0.
R2 on their server:
We mixed and matched personnel and this was a much different round. RE gets the 1st cap early, and a 2 cap lead seems a lot. But then the floodgates open and EoD gets a string of caps, to go up 3-1 or 4-1 in the round, really broke it open. Then our defense switches up their setup, which we almost never do, and finds a mix to stop the speedy EoD scouts cold. At the same time the RE O busts off a little somethin somethin, with some back to back jacks. With a min left both teams have flags at FD with us up 1 cap... if EoD can cap and hold, they tie. Luckily Switch caps with 3 secs left to ice it and D holds it at door. RE 50, EoD 40.
