Well damm, that was a hell of a game.
Straight up clean and classy KOB.
Damm fine play.
Rd1. Well we pump into KOB's server minutes late as always. Just managing to scrunge up a line up 5 minutes earlier, as always. Vibe is very nice. Some anxiousness after finally meeting a clan we should have played a long time ago. Hello's exchanged, I got the feeling some old memories were being brought to life for a breadth of air.
The bell goes off and we come out running, RES gets a rush touch and we feel the energy.
Somehow KOB manages to keep it and we get no satisfactin. Another touch and it moves, KOB keeps it again. This was frustrating, but our D holding keeps us on an even keel. Well KOB managed about 4 or so returns on us before we got the flag free...hard fought, but we did it and regained energy.
With our D still holding we manage a few more then a last couple nearing end.

Rd2. We find ourselves in RES'S IHOP server. Our feerless leader and founder Entreri comes in after mind melding with 16Valve [cofounder] so they can play as one.
More old hello's are traded, flowers exchanged, this was a reunion.
Well we start of much the same untill we discover there is some demo from hell called Sully who decided he owned the ramp room and proceeded to destroy RES's O aided by snickering old cohorts. Luckily our D was still holding up.
We came to a stalemate with noone getting anywhere until we broke things up with a touch or two, KOB right behind.
A cap and KOB right behind.
We finally managed a last cap to take a 1cap lead and somehow managed to hold on.
Tough fought and some of the greatest strat adjusting I've ever seen KOB.

This was a game long time coming.
Straight up class KOB. Hell of a game, hell of a bunch of players. Honorable warriors that fight clean till the end.
If only this would happen more often. It's a rarety to find Maturity and Honor so prominently Displayed in TFC today. Wish we could play you every week.
