iM over IV.
Round 1 ([IV] Server):
After some confusion as to when the match began, we got underway with very respectable pings all round(as far as I noticed). Things started shakey as [IV] made the first real moves. [iM] quickly fell behind, and our debut match looked like it wasn't going the way we had hoped. Though we basically stayed right on their heels, our O was seriously suffering. Our D was tough, but there's was tougher. Everything we did, they did better. Period. Their D (and the merderously-good 2 engis) really beat us into submission.
When all was said and done, we knew we had an upward climb ahead of us.

Round 2 ([iM] Server):
Some slight attendance problems(promptly resolved) and a missing [iM] HLTV(we resorted to personal demos) were what started round 2. [iM] was down by a cap, but we weren't going to let that discourage us. We made some line changes and brought out some of our best O and a killer D soldier. We were determined to make a comeback. And the flags they did fly...
I think [iM] made the first moves, but we were shut down quickly. The [IV] O took off and we were feeling d?ja vu really quickly. Thing were really falling apart.
But, somehow, we found a voice. We found strength. Reseliance. We faught back. Suddenly, the score was close; it soon became very close. We passed them around 40 points, and we just kept running. Our O was a fluid machine, consistant and destructive. Cap after cap came. [IV] didn't stop, not at all. But, it soon became clear that things had turned our way.
When the battle was over, we were all beaten and hurting. But [iM] had pulled this one out of the fire.

Don't let the score fool you; this was a very close fight. [IV] had us running scared for over half the match. I want to extend a GFG to the guys at [IV] and want to extend my appologies for any of the friction we had over the course of the night. GG. You played well. We just hope the other teams aren't that good. =P
