fun fun game.
Well after having gotten a nice preview of each other's strategies Sunday night in CAL, everyone was all set for a capfest.
Definitley a very very even match. nLv came out strong taking an early lead. Luckily towards the end, our O got a nice handle on things and was able to pull ahead. The round ended dong up about 3 caps.
R2 - I pissed myself as nLv came out with a 4 cap lead. Their offensive scout b-hopped right past the sg and stole the flag on more than occasion right out from under our noses. Subbing 2 new offesive members, we knew it would take them a few minutes to warm up. Thankfully they warmed up and closed the lead and even tied it. Back and forth for the last 15 minutes. The match ended with nlv up by cap.

I can't say we've had a match in which the O voice chan has been so filled with swearing and yelling in a long time :)
dong pulled out 1 deadly relay on the nLv D in rd1 and sealed their rd1 lead at 2 caps and 1 point (up by 17).
Rd2 we pulled things together, and as stated, got a large, hefty lead in the beginning. But, as fate would have it, one or two ugly [dong] relays got them back in the game. nLv had the lead rd2, but was still 1 cap and 1 point behind [dong] for the total, with another flag sitting up on the bments as the match ended.
Was a truly awesome game, filled with all kinds of fun action. Twas a total pleasure playing you guys TWICE this week! :)
