CD over nt
Just how I like em, a nice tight defensive struggle.
We weren't sure what to expect from nT' as they are a brand new clan. Sometimes you get noobs and sometimes you get a leet team below the division where they belong and sometimes you get lucky and play a team with equal skill and have a fun match. The latter was the case tonight.
The 1st round was on our LA pub server - 198.172.110.228:27015 (many conc maps in the map cycle) <== shameless plug. This round started slow with both teams keeping the enemy O at bay. Our o was able to drag out the 1st cap after a few minutes. Then just as nT' was dragging our flag home, we managed another cap with a relay. Both Ds shut the map down after that for a 1st half CD lead, 3-1.
The next round moved to the nT' server. This round mirrored the first, with the exception of nT' not allowing anymore relays. When the explosions and gibs settled, this round ended in a 1-1 tie, giving CD the victory, 4-2.
nT' are a very experienced group of TFCers and I'm sure after a couple matches under their belt, they will be moving up the ladders.
