I didn't get to play in the match, as usual (GFG WORK!), but it seems it was quite intense. Round1 in our server ended up 45-25 in our favor, which i was happy to learn when getting on irc. Round2 ended 40-20 for .ce., meaning it was TIED!!!
On to the dreaded OT, especially on a map that offers 5 points for holding flag 5 mins without any touches. Let's just say that pre-OT irc talk was filled with worries of turtling. Thankfully, .ce. is a class act and fought for the flag. And fight they did, it seems, because our D held their flag in rr for about 9 minutes, while mdr stopped playing with himself and finally came thru, capping that flag and ending the OT hell.
