What a great match to start off the new season! We got bumped
up to 3a and knew we were in for a tough match.
Round 1 got underway on our server. We managed to get a few caps out
quickly and held a 2 to 3 cap lead most the round. -X- came on strong
and pulled out several caps and pulled to within 1. They took the
momentum with them as the round ended 60-50 in favor of dong.
Round 2 got underway on their server and we knew they were going to bring it hard.
Right off the bat -X-capped a few before we could get things secured down.
We fell behind by about 3 caps and I thought for sure we were done for.
They kept the pressure on us, but our o started to get something going bringing home a few caps to make it close. With only a few minutes to go,
we brought home a cap that tied it up. We held tight and got a few
returns. Our flag was moving as the round ended. 60-60 tie.
Final - 120-110 dong. Great match -X-. very fun and intense. Great
group, look forward to it again! Good Luck in future matches!
