dong over fXp
Last time we played fxp was on 2fort 8v8. We both won each round by 1 cap sending it into overtime where fxp took the win with a quick sudden death cap. We knew tonight, we'd be up against a very evenly match team. The dongers were looking for revenge.
R1 on our server. Defense is solid keeping things quiet for most of the time. Apoc and Jim controlled the attic while the rest of the team took care of things down on the floor. There was sporadic flag movement and FxP managed to pull out 1 cap. Meanwhile, the dong offense played very well together. We were able to keep the gun down and pull the flag out a number of times. R1 ended in our favor by 3 so things could still go either way.
R2 started fine until we dropped Craven. Apparently he's the only retard still having problems with steam. Unfortunately for fxp they also dropped players. 3 players to be exact . . simultaneously. Apparently their college network went down. So it was 8 on 6 for a few minutes until they got back in the match. The pathetic part was that we couldn't cap with that advantage :-. It was 8 on 8 for the remainder of the match. Defense kept things sealed tight the whole time while the dong O came out with 1.
