CD over X
CD and -X- played an extremely fun and exciting match tonight.
I didn't play in R1, but I heard flags were flyin' all over the place. When the dust settled, the score was tied at 6.
The 2nd round was a little tighter, but not much. -X- took the lead early and held it most of the round. We switched a couple guys around and it paid off as we were able to tie up the round and the match late, 4-4.
On to the -X- server for OT. We were extra conciuos about letting O spawn 1st to avoid the evil telefrag that Monkey_l is fanous for. Both clans got early touches, but our O was able to creep their flag out while our D kept our flag in the flag room. Not that -X-
didn't get a sew touches, they were just unable to get the flag down the ramp. In the meantime KillerClown, concless, crawled the enemy flag home for the win. I doubt we coulda held our flag another minute.
A very fun match with a very clean and fun clan to play.
