Oh my God!!!
What a match. This was one for the books.
First round started on the 30+ server where the pings were a little unfriendly for everyone. But we all played through it. DTK D gave up a quick one and never could really get themselves set. The 30+ D only let out a few measily caps to keep the DTK offense scratching their heads. DTK puts their tails between their legs as they left the server with a losing 12-3 score.
On to the Kamp KAOS server where the pings were a tad better. DTK pulled a quick cap and then another one. Somehow, the 30+ defense was caught back a little on their heels. And DTK got into a rhythm. Somehow the DTK defense was holding their ground. DTK's offense was starting to catch a stride and a had a lull or two in there. But the flag movement was happening. And finally the round ended and when the smoke had cleared, there was DTK with 16 caps to 2!
Needless to say, there were a huge amount of astonished DTKers talking on Ventrilo for a while after this one.
Great rounds from two of the classiest teams in STA. Yes, I can say that. We always have fun with our compadres at 30+ and we always will. This one tho, was one for the books.

Yeah, that was probably the best match I have ever played in. Comeback city, unbelievable. 30+ had us practically CRYING after round 1. Then, thanks to us reworking our defense (still not sure why that worked so much better than what we did in round 1), and thanks to our offense executing their hacks....well...wow.
What a great game. Amazing.
