ES over PF
ES vs PF
Well, considering that we are the #1 reason that tfc is dieing, we didn't know how this match would go.
We hoped to cap at least once so we wouldn't be shutout and crawl back to Gold with our tail between
our legs. By the response from the predictors this week we should have just forfeited and saved ourselves
the embarrasment....Well....as they say "This is why we play the game!!!"

PF asked to use an unrostered player and we debated back and forth about whether to let them. In the end
we decided that the cool thing to do would be to say ok and have as much fun as possible. We headed into PF
server where we had some choke problems and problems getting guys to join but we made some lineup changes
and muddled thru anyway. GG to PF for allowing us time to get our guys in. The round started off as everyone
expected. PF got a quick cap,then another, then another. In the meantime I actually heard crickets in their FR.
Well, soon that changed. We got a cap out and everyone celebrated that we weren't gonna be shutout. Then
the strangest thing happened...We got another one, and another one. The caps were flowing in both directions
and at the bell we were only down by 1 cap..Holy crap....Could we actually have a chance against PF?

Back to the ES server and a few more changes in our lineup. We made a slight change in our D strat and it
showed. As the round started PF got another quick cap..Then we got one. Then they got one. then we got one.
Well, you see the pattern here. Things stayed pretty close until both clans got to the 50-50 mark. At that point
we started to pull away stringing together a series of great caps. Some very nice concs on O and a lockdown on
D. Even when we were up by 3 caps with a few minutes remaining I fully expected PF to say that they were
actually just toying with us and come back with 4 quick caps at the end. Fortunately that didn't happen and
the unthinkable happened. We won! Holy cow....
