TY everyone who played. TM is a real group of llamas. Rd1 they had a soldier working teh O v O.
RD2 they had a spy pilling our spawn and tranqing our O as well as a scout leaving caltrops at their entrance
GG tM just when I thought all the newbies were in bronze. ;)

in all fairness to tM it is probably 1 or 2 players. According to one of the tM (whoever was playing soldier) one of our scouts swung their crowbar at one of the tM O players and that he the soldier needed to protect their scout on the way to our base. I have not gone back to review the hltv demo to see if this is the event that actually started things, but that was the claim made. That lead to their O soldier shooting everything in site rd1. I asked that the O v O stop in mm1 and the player stated that he was attacked first (based on what was said in irc that was not true). One of our O players got tired of being hit by said soldier and pilled the tM spawn. I have spoken to this player and it will not happen again. Their O soldier ended up taking some abuse in response to his behavior as well.
Between rds I made my way to tM's channel and there was a lot of bs being said by both sides. I was asked about pilling the spawn and I stated that if there is an sg their whats the big deal, it keeps the engie from hitting the gun. They then asked me about tele's. I stated that that was fine too (something said the heat of the moment, and in hindsight pretty dumb). The conversation continued and tM players said lets cut the O bs and move on. I told them that I let our O know not to O v O regardless of what tM did.
Soooooo on to rd2 with both teams probably a little testy. It starts off with Mike (playing spy for tM rd2) pilling our spawn. He continued to pill our spawn periodically throughout rd2. Later in the rd he began tyrin to tranq dong's O. At that point I did witness one of our O players shooting at mike, and I told that person to stop, but I dont really care that they did shoot back because he had it coming.
After the match I proceeded back to tM's irc channel. I asked what all the spy pills were about. Justin decided to quote what I had said earlier between rds about pills and tele's. Mike was right there to agree based on what I had said. I later aksed Justin if he felt pilling spawns was a good tactic while playing tfc, he stated that he didnt think it was. I am also surprised that you used what I typed to justify playing that way.
As I told you last night after the match that I let the silver admin know what took place during the match, not becuase we want to dispute becuase you did beat us, but becuase the behavior doesn't fit within the standards of sportsmanship within STA. So for those clans who have to play these guys in STA going forward most of them are pretty cool. Should you encounter a bunch of O v O let our admin know, if it happens enought it will no doubt be corrected. I also believe that it most likely will not be a problem going forward.
GG tM, I do look forward to playing you guys again, I doubt we will have similar problems and I am sorry we had the difficulty we did last night.
