TFCC over FOTL
Well this was definitely not a normal FOTL vs TFCC match. Things started off rough with FOTL needing some extra time to get a team together. No problem we were glad to wait a bit. However at about 9:50 PM EST, there was still no sight of FOTL in our server. So I pm'd their leader, and they said they were coming. So they start to come in and we wait a few minutes, and I state that we're starting PM. PM get started and FOTL has rounded up 6-7 people. They want to play, we want to play, so let's get it on. 30 seconds left in PM, I say live, they say NO, we need another PM. Long story short we end up playing the round.
Rd1: Finally got started and FOTL was down 2 people most of the time, and had a full team for maybe 10 minutes of the entire round. The round was VERY clean, with no real problems that I understand except for FOTL not being able to keep a full team. Needless to say this greatly hindered FOTL's chances. Duck was crazy concing all over and pulling flags out like he owned them. Ends up being 260-10, but more than anything that was from FOTL being down.
Rd2: FOTL has a full team so we'll play rd2 and everything will be great right?? Nope, FOTL decided that even though we had given them extra time, that the prematch fiasco, where they wanted an extra prematch and we said NO it's time to play, soured FOTL's night and they elected to forfeit rd2.
As I stated before sorry about the hard feelings, we really feel we went the extra mile for FOTL tonight waiting and waiting for their team, but when they wanted an additional PM at 10:00 PM we did say "NO this is live" and the round went live. FOTL was not happy about this, and for this I apologize, but I hope theirs no hard feelings and FOTL realizes we did try to accomodate their needs. We do look forward to our next match with these guys.
