CwO over THOA
Well, i was able to play in this game, which was great, 'cause i love scrummage. We faced off against THOA and my good bud sex4beer (i love that name!) for the title shot of STA gold.
Round1 was a clusterfuck for us, we had 11 players 5 mins b4 match, but then THOA had to restart once because we had 8 and we actually started short until slurpee joined after 2-3 mins. We couldn't believe how fast those whores... errr... nice THOA players were able to reach the middle point. But we did manage to win it back a lot more and after a little while, we got our rythm going and got scrum after scrum after scrum. Round1 ends 209-98 for CwO.
Round2 was a bit different, us piling into our server, courtesy of Whitefox, and we change the roster up a bit, due to slurpee having to go play cards (probably strip poker with his boy friends, but hey, not that there's anything wrong with that!) so we subbed BadKarma in for that round. I'll just say that I died more often from BK's spam then from THOA's players. :-(
THOA came in very strong for round2, stomping us with scrum after scrum after scrum. It wasnt until the half-way mark and a lot of yelling on voice-com that we got our act together and pierced their center defense. We managed to get back in the game and close the gap that THOA had made to preserve our win. They fought till the end and were a classy bunch!
