KoB over AFM
1st Round: KoB's server
The round started off with AFM taking the lead ever so slighty. Inch by inch they started to pull ahead. Pings were mostly even, however, occasional lags spikes were felt by all involved. Both clans had flag runners who, simply put, do not run flags very often or at all. Nevertheless, both clans fought hard as each point went back and forth with AFM pushing towards our base for most of the match. Mr.Horrible got a fluke all cap near the end of the round and we carried that momentum through the rest of the round as we came away with a small lead.
2nd Round: AFM's server
A few minor subs were used by both teams and AFM switched their soldier positions and got rid of the demo (in more ways than one, LoLz!!). This time we got off to a better start even though we had a tough time with the close side point, as a different demo hindered our progress in that area greatly. The far side point wasn't as much of a cluster f%$k this time, as the action was more centralized around cap point 3. The point gains went back and forth, but with two well coordinated (or perhaps lucky) all caps, we were able to obtain a decent lead, despite AFM holding more points for a good portion of the round. The round ended with a spam fest at 3 and with KoB ahead. GG to AFM and bg to platypus. Was a fun and well played match.
