AFM over [RoC]
It was the best of times; it was the worst of times. At the advent of the Silver Title Match, AFM faced a heartbreaking TFL travesty. Suspension (or vacation as our optimists refer to it as). We'd like to thank KoB for our two week vacation, even though we made quite the effort to persuade them! I won't dwell on that, however. Tonight was an interesting one (every AFM match night is) as we faced off against the established RoC team. We barely had 8 come matchtime, and blackout showed up just in time to complete our team. Anyway,I think the match was devoid of any racial slurs, unnecessary mm1, and overall conflict (but RoC may disagree)...which was refreshing as we're not accustomed to it. I saw a familiar face in Direhit, and hoped it would be an eventful match.
Round 1:
We pile into the server, and we recieve a few justified complaints about ping-related issues. I think everyone was feeling the lag Round 1 (in one way or another). As soon as the match started, I fully realized why this would not be an entertaining 30 minutes. The map is unnaturally favored towards O. As RoC's O ravaged through our poor excuse of a defense, our only hope rested on the shoulders of our O. We preserved a very short lead for the majority of the round (I think), with RoC nipping at our heels. Round ends in favor of AFM 140-120.
Round2:
At one point during Round 1, we decided to change our strat, adding NK as soldier at the expense of an engineer. It seemed to work slightly better than a constantly dead engineer without a sentry gun. We decided to go into round 2 with this strategy. I roamed the base looking for something (anything) to kill. The RoC O didn't seem to bring the same fury they brought round 1, so we opted to switch back to the engineer strategy. Everyone else stayed in the same position, as I rotated from one position to the next, trying to defer and contain the offensive onslaught. Essentially, I just moved to high traffic areas, and spammed every grenade I had. This seemed to work (at least to me), and I eventually found myself at the front door. RoC held the lead for the majority of the round with AFM's short stint at the top of the scoreboard. For a long time, both teams did an excellent job of containing the team's O. RoC edges past AFM as the round ends 80-90.
Final score: 220-210 in favor of AFM.

No, in actuality everyone in flatlinepriv absolutely hates nk, and told me to ban him, and once i did no one, not a single soul cared. So NK got all mad that the only clan that let him idle kicked him out. As for the talking to kappa, i was going to tell him that he was mad because i left a s-crew 5v5 team like a year ago. lolz, you guys have your fun and ill just sit back watching NK cry :{
