R1 - nLv plays the entire round short 1 player. If they had a full squad I have no doubts we'd have lost this round. We have a pretty basic D setup. It works, matt misses a few scouts. Chem bitches about it. Vamp plays D engy, but chem and matt are talking shit at each other so he gets no coverage. Then everything settles down. Chem kills mexi for a cap (accidentally?) then we're up 1-0. nLv gets some movement and they tie it. We go cap for cap again. Then we get some returns on D and our O pulls out 2 more caps. A few of our O guys forgot they were playing O and started playing D in the yard. nLv accepted it though and were pros about it. Much love for that. Round ends 40-20.
R2 - We switch out a few guys since 2 of our D couldn't get into their server. Luckily we have 2 newbs in irc waiting to play and they come in. 1 of them plays O and once again most of our O forgets their Offense and plays yard D. GG us we're faggots. Once again, like last round, nLv accepts it and doesn't start any massive mm1 flames or verbal insults. Much love once again to nLv for it. Anyways our O caps and our D holds. nLv played this round with only 8 as well so I think it hurt their O to only have 3 players. all of our O guys cept mexi is playing D at this point so I go O (i almost crowbar MR but he killed himself :( ) I spam their sg a little. We get 2 more caps and the round ends 40-10.
MVP goes to....*drumroll* Tux. For somehow managing to turn himself around in teh yard and attacking our base and flag. You go boy :)

Despite the nonsense, it was nice to at least have 8 players and actually get to play some TFC this week instead of forfeit, like we've had to do for the last month. that said...
Rd1 was a good round from my end. It started off like our 3 O was up against 8 or 9 D, but soon the OvO seemed to get lowered to a simmer, from what I saw, however I was getting complaints the whole round about it. nLv pulled a last minute cap giving ip only a 1 cap lead after rd1 - but then they pulled an even more last minute one, and lifted it back up to +2.
Rd2 was the equivalent of any 2fort pub, except sub in redgiant. Not to sound cocky, or like I didn't contribute to any of it, but:

I think the shit talking was the least of our concern -_-
I still haven't read any of your other writeups/comments, but after rd2, I can imagine what they say and why they say it. When you've got the nLv offense engaged in an all-out OvO pub, then something has gone horribly wrong in how you're playing because we do not chase or pot shot unless it gets to a level like that... so... after about 5 minutes of round2, we realized what kind of round it was going to be, and just decided to go no holds barred. Since I can't OvO, I just chased and attacked mexi, your scout :]
Aside from basically ruining rd2, running however many D against a POWERFUL 3 OFFENSE, against a clan that hasn't played a real match in 1+ months... they were a surprisingly cool group of guys once we got back to IRC. And if it weren't for the attrocities of rd2 still lingering in the back of my mind, I'd be the first to say GG.
But... since most of your guys were pretty cool and working for a clean game... I'll give you a hearty 1/2 GG anyways! A sobering reminder about why everyone says TFC is dying :) I don't stay sober for too long though, so no big deal.
