njk over HOP
Tonight we played HOP for the second time this week. I don't think anyone is really a fan of bases in njk, and we were able to change it to fry_baked 8v8 -- one of the best maps ever made.
Round 1 started pretty even as they got many quick flag touches. The D held strong however and we even managed to return a flag they had gotten to the front door. They were able to inch one cap out though. The best part of the round was when we were holding the flag in the yard and a medic got it and dived into the water. I started to move to the ramp room to intercept him from the water but he conced out... onto the wrong cap point. The offense pulled a nice stream of caps although some OvO broke out. I don't want to name names on who started it, but his initials are NightWolf. Round ends 10-1.
Since we had a 9 cap lead we decided to let rat_boy play HW. He is the worst HW ever to play TFC and we only let him because it's funny in a sad way. J-wiSe threatened to not play if rat was HW but he anyway. We also moved lio from offense to demoman, let rivers (by far our best demo) play soldier/sniper, and discreet and I went offense.
OvO broke out in round 2 immediately thanks to discreet, and he continued it the entire round. Eventually the offense was pretty much a 2 man show since RF joined discreet in his endeavor. Wild turned people into fireballs and I capped the flag. I had more touches and caps than everyone else combined lololol. The D was jacking off for all I could tell... although they did considerably well with rat playing HW. He was like how do you shoot them when they conc so fast??????? Discreet ended with like 30 OvO kills... one being a tranq, and Rivs had like 5 crowbars... several of them on flagcarriers. Round ends 9-6.

well if discreet didn't start it then it wouldn't have got out of hand, but then again theres no real way of proving he started it. Either way it was dirty in the yard, when you see a bunch of dead bodies in yard and discreet is one of them but you don't know which and then all of a sudden knife in the back, lol
