Wow, now this was a matchup.
Rd 1 dc got pretty much dominated on the boa server. Our engy dropped about halfway through so we were lucky to have wf on standby to play his first engy work in a match in who knows how long ;D but he did a great job and we shut down boa in the second half. unfortunately boa shut us down for the entire round.

Rd2 we were ready for our server. we play on it enough and it's definitely our home turf. BoA started off with a pretty quick cap and then ensuing det... but about halfway through we did something crazy. I ended up being a swing o/d soldier and then a swing o/d medic. Then full-time o medic as we were still down by several caps. With 5.5 minutes left we capped - 2 more to go. Not even two minutes later we capped again. Could we get the last one? This was ridiculous - people screaming like crazy, every man for himself!
With 50 seconds left we get the 4th and winning cap and do everything we can to keep it. EVERYTHING. :D

I honestly have to say that was one of the better matches i have ever played. I love matches like that that sorta renew your faith and love for the game. Good stuff Boa, had a blast!

GG dc. Melt had the most amazing demo run in this one. He took out my sg, teleporter and me allon one side near flag, and the hw and solly on the ramp side. He did this in what seemed to be one motion as he died... lol. I was left uttering the immortal words of a fellow BoA member "NO WAY!!!!!!".

I should also add he was coming out of the hole and I had shot him once with shotty then lobbed a nade in his face then jumped back to my sg on the flag as the hw lit into him at close range. I guess my nade popped him out of the hole to put him into positon to let all that death fly as he died.
