Writeup:
BoA over dC
Wow, what a night! My wife says she will make my prematch meal, so I'm expecting to not have to cook. About 1 hour before the match, I ask whats for dinner? her reply... I don't know. What????? I need my prematch meal or we lose!!!!! At this point I'm expecting that she will get on it and save the day. Hmmm... I look over as our prematch practice is nearing , and she is still playing Guildwars and look pretty comfortable. Its too late for me to cook before prematch practice, so I know we are doomed...
We run our practice late since no one from dC contacted us. We are looking at only having 8-9 guys available for the match, but then more start to show. My wife was making dinner by now, so I decided to have someone play for me while I had my prematch(or rnd 1 meal now!) meal. All was right in my world again. Prematch meal consisted breaded flounder with broccoli and rice with sausage. I made my wonderful fruit smoothie which has peaches, pineapple,strawberry,honeydew and banana, to wash it down with. Wow, I am happy and ready to play rnd 2!

On to the match write up by BH:
Round1: we struggle to get 9, and dC does too, but they are only able to field 8 at the start, so I think they removed the demoman piping under the bridge. Unfortunately for us, I'm terrible and couldn't conc, and we couldn't capitalize on the short handed dc defense. Other than this both teams run the same strat, and dc plays hard to keep the score relatively even the whole round.
Rim comes in for them with about 10 minutes to go but things go about the same, both teams get around 3 caps apiece and the round ends 65-60 BoA. Roster was Moe, Grudge, Praxis, TD, and the allstar DP on 'defense', and myself, nutty, psycho, and solo on offense.
Round2: we sub Landy in for moe, Eightball in for Praxis, and fivestar in for psycho. This round starts 9v9. At the start dC pulls out to a quick cap and lead, like 20-0, but BoA comes back and evens things up. Afterwards we are able to sneak some flags in and pull away with a few more caps. This round ends 136-62.

how come eightball couldn't have sit out both rounds ;P
round 1 was a real good one, round 2 turned into chaos for us. was fun nonetheless. i don't know why i ventured into your yard though, damn snipers took me apart.

Okay I have 3 things to say.
1) The Defense was 2 points better in round one than in round 2.
2) I don't want to hear any more crap about how we lose every time I played. I did just fine, and can hold my own with all you washed-out ex gold and plat retards (talking to BoA, not dC).
3) Thank you for not letting tim do any of the writeup.

Moe, it was sooo funny on D rnd 2. For some reason someone would always touch the stupid flag and return it. I did it a few times, and heard "you suck" from "player" (which is actually true). Then we all start saying we have to be careful and be aware of where the flag is. Player then "accidently" returns it the next time it comes over. Then we hear from various other people on the team about the importance of not returning the flag, be aware of where it is...yada yada yada... only to see people accidently return it over and over. I'm pretty sure most people accidently returned it at least once. On the write-up side, I ran it through the spell checker this time.
Sani, one of the guys that played O for us on rnd 2 is a monster when it comes to taking out sgs and most other things that impede our O. When I face him in practice It's always ugly and gets extremely chaotic on D trying to deal with him. I feel your pain!

I accidently returned a few flags round 2, all i heard from the gallery "oh goddamnit!", but still good times. i saw 1 scout and a bunch of heavies coming round 2, i was ill prepared! gl in the future guys.

wow I was expecting a loss once we found out I couldn't play this match...then I read the writeup and find out we win with our HORRIBLE rnd1 d and I'm about ready to quit boa...then I look at the rnd1 o and it's no shocker psycho was playing to carry you guys in my absence. GJ fellow guitar god

i remember playing BoA when i was in DTK actually. I distinctly remember losing and im pretty sure moe wasn't there. Most of your clan seemed like bronze/silver level players who were exuberant about the fact that they could beat a team of people who literally played 1 hour of TFC a week. Congrats, though, as we're all very impressed.

We are bronze/silver players, but we've gotten rid of some of the attitudes, like nickatina - who talked shit to every clan we faced in bronze and 4a like he was gods gift to tfc, since then. I didnt play in said match, but I've always liked DTK, just joking around with moe.
