MoC over THOA
Tonight the losers over at MoC at the honor of playing the folks over at THOA. The map was 2fort so we weren't quite sure what to expect. We didn't get as much practice as we had wanted and we weren't quite comfortable heading into the match. On the positive side, we headed into the server with a full roster woohoo! OFFENSE: Killian, Stridex, Recon, and Mozart. DEFENSE: PSYCOSACK, Prime, Doggysamich, and Gr3mlin.
RD1: Round one starts off with a horrid scout rush. We then ran 3 meds and an o sol. We managed to make holes in the defense and we broke through quickly. Within about 5 minutes we had 3 caps. Our offense worked very well together and knew where each other were almost the entire time. Our defense did very well and were also very organized. They didn't let out a cap until the last 10 minutes of the game. One of THOA's players dropped for a short period of time. A replacement came, but the damage had already been done. After a clean rd1 it ended MoC 120 THOA 20.
INTERMISSION: I said my gg's and got a glass of milk. After about 10 minutes we headed back to the THOA server for rd2.
RD2: Round two started and we were just hoping for a repeat of rd1. What we got was totally unexpected. The first 10 minutes or so are fine and dandy, but ovo started. Our offense was getting backstabd and then Mozart declared TFW (team fortress war!) There was battles fought in the yard. people dying everywhere, bodies falling into the water; it was a tragic sight. However, one couraegous medic named Killian decided to play offense by himself. He fought hard against 2 demomen and managed to pull out a few more flags. In the meantime, it was still pure hell out in the yard, but everyone was enjoying it so it was cool. THOA started touching the flag again and thats when we broke out the 7 d demomen strat. It was worked like crap and their spies were owning us. So the strat quickly ended. I then went sniper and before I knew it, the round was over. Time really does fly when you're having fun. Round ended 90-30 in favor of MoC.
Final Word: Despite what happend, THOA were great sports. We all had alot of fun and it was a very fun game. THOA, however, does want to be put into 2a, but they'll be fine here in 1a. GG THOA

GG MoC. All i remember is getting grenaded by Killian on the battlements by accident, so i jokingly said "dispute". Even though it was an accident, i was bored so I knifed everyone I saw. :D
At one point when you ran that Demoman D, I killed everyone one of them and moved the flag to spiral then started OvOing again. Was very fun but I could have been drinking.
