Was a fast and furious match!
Round1, i was too busy to even look at the scores and I was actually very surprised that we won by 8 caps. GG offense, even though you had Munch with you. SIN got a few relays on us, which was a VERY bad thing... Especially when I've been saying for over 45 seconds that someone is camping up top, they cap the flag they had going out and they drop with the other one right away. I was pissed! I yelled most of the round at Tamerlane for NOT BEING IN POSITION WHERE I HAD TOLD HIM TO PLAY! It was a nice intro to our new recruit shooter, who is not used to hearing me on TS and how much I yell at my usually competent D players for not being in position. At one funny point, though, I was talking on TS with my PTT key (Alt) and a medic was right beside my dispenser, which i tried to blow up (Tab)... hey, that's the windows desktop, not TFC!!! they didn't get the flag, thanks to shooter, but they got my gun.
The highlights of that round, for me, were the nice wrench kill on the spy and, the very best, pushing that squishy scout with the flag down that very long pit, giving us a 60 second break to reestablish our D.
Round2 saw shooter go on O and munch on D as demo *sigh*. Imagine, i had to play up there with him and his pipes...
Kudos to Tamer for going to the water every single time my grenade was already on it's way there. At least he usually doesn't complain - for that -, must be a misdemeanor or something. :-p
I got a crowbar and a wrench round2, Highos got at least one crowbar that I saw, which is funny. I also was engaged in a wrench vs knife fight right near our respawn, which the spy was trying to get into and the spy just got shredded by our own spy's knife who was going out of respawn... LOL!
anyways, GG SIN, sorry for the 3 demos + HW on D at the end of round2, we joked that we'd be doing that and we actually did it with less than 5 mins left. Mind you, you got more caps out that way
