AGT over !
Today we played a long time friend in Omnipotence, and looked forward to both of us making our return to TFC against each other.
Round one started off with a cluster fuck as I was nail slaughtered by my own team trying to get down the spiral right out of prematch, and in the process of my soldiers trying to fall back to help out, we gave up a cap in the first 30 secs. It was very reminiscent of the nLv match, as were many parts of this match all the way thru. We got a cap a bit later to cut their lead to 5 from some movement points. Then they capped, then we capped, then they capped again, and so on until they were up by a little more than 1 cap.
Round 1: AGT: 36 (!): 54
Round 2 we pile back into their server swapping out our soldiers and one O medic and try to NOT look like monkeys fucking a football right off the bat. We managed to all spawn in perfect D position and hold off the initial rush with ease. Then both clans settled into a very rhythmic back and forth. They'd be up by 2-3, then we'd cap to go up by 12-13, then they'd cap to go back up by 2-3 all the way until about the 20 min mark. We finally manage to snag 2 caps in a row and were up EXACTLY 15 points with 15 mins left to play, unfortunately that put us DOWN 3 points overall, so we knew the O needed to grab the flag a few more times to pull out the W. We got a single point at around the 5-min mark to go close the overall gap to 2 points, and just as Im set to make an O-run at the 2:30 mark, we get what turns out to be the winning cap little by little.
Round2: AGT: 63 (!): 33
Vgg to our friends at Omnipotence, this one almost exactly like our last one could have gone either way up until the final 2 mins, good luck next week.

man I wish I could have made it to this match but our SQL Server crashed and I was at work till well after match time
not to mention we do not have a demo in our strat for Tempest

I left a puddle in my chair during round 2. :X
Although it was fun yelling at Shady to go ahead and make the O run... kinda nice having the roles be reversed.
Also, another gg and ty to (!)'s offense. You guys kept me from going crazy with boredom by at least going water often.
