Writeup:
HOP over VOO
Rd1 we head to VOO server. Both teams full and ready to play. HOP caps first, with VOO shortly running one after. The same kept up except VOO took the 3-2 lead at one point and we answered back quick. Then with our 4th on the way out the round ends. 30-30 Tie
Rd2: went on VOO server again. This time we were in roster trouble with only 8 ready to go. was a bit discouraging but we went 5d and 3 o. I don't know how it happened but our o pulled a cap out down a man making it 1-0 HOP. The round continued we moved flags whole time and VOO managed to sneak 2 out from us. 70-20 HOP, neither team managed to get a defensive hold, way to work the d, offense on both teams.

epicenter is a 1 person map.....not a team effort. This point is proven as the result of a regular CTF map ( our previous match) as we are the victors..

how are two maps epicenter and prolifique, proving a thing. We played you on a regular map that you don't rape at and we won. Like which would be the same outcome on most regular maps. Either way was a gg guys, I figured losing to a team that you try so hard to beat would eventually bring out the excuses. Good rivalry and fun to play you guys.

i dont consider hop a rivalry, you really arent that good, but i didnt even think we actually got half the points you did, color me suprised.
although, with the amount of our clan ovo'ing... we may as well have had 1 guy on offense most of the match from the looks of it.
anyway, gg, you guys played as the better team this time, thats for sure...
the funny part was.. i was a half hour late for practice and had actually thought to myself 'who cares, its just hop' then thought to myself 'wow, I'd eat my words if they won'

Yeah and I was nice enough to start things off witha simple gg and a good writeup not trashing you guys. Where as VOO would have mentioned disbanding, hacking in the write up if they won. Then the excuses came out because it was HOP, seems to be a r=trend lately when teams lose to us. Anyways was a gg. Short for 3.5 minutes actually... joining a server after it starts it also takes a bit or orienting yourself. Why does VOO have to make excuses or continue to put HOP down? OK we lost to you on Epicenter... it is a completely different style of map... reverse ctf. Not an easy map to defend imo. We lost 2 matches in the same week. Bad week I guess. HOP has a stronger d than o. I would think HOP has proven ourselves enough that we are a serious contender... and to hear the VOO leader not taking the match seriously seems ignorant. I think you want to make excuses to heal that ego!

Why would we take the match seriously? Last 2 times we played HOP you guys disbanded after the Prolifique match, then on Epicenter the match was over with 15 minutes left in round 2.

Oh yea, and saying that epicenter is a one man map is a very ignorant statement. Defense has alot to do with playing well on that map.
I remember running the flag on that map against BEER a long time ago. Warlord was running the flag for BEER and the score ended up being 340-130 for VOO. So does that mean that I'm a shitload better than Warlord? No, it doesn't. BEER's defense was horrible and thats what caused them to lose so badly. Watch Wheaties' demoman demo against ae on epicenter, then tell me that defense has nothing to do with that map.
Anyway, HOP was the better team on ss_nyx_ectfc. Simple as that. I won't get into the roster issues, so I'll just say that VOO usually doesn't play well on that map. Maybe it will happen again in the next match against HOP, or maybe not. But insinuating that HOP is better at ctf maps than VOO because of one win, is also a very ignorant.
