GoW over SIN
Tonight's match versus -SIN- Strages In Nomine was on the much beloved (and oft-times loathed) Scrummage. Strage that a map this old can still make people have such a bad time that they opt out of playing a second round. There really should be penalties for clans that forfeit round 2 due to not liking a map or losing by too much round 1. On a map like this, if they would have regained control Round 2 they had a shot at winning.
Well, that's neither here nor there, as Round 1 came we had spent about 40 minutes just discussing everyone's roles in the server. Player by player and we came up with a solid push strategy that worked once we got the hang of it. The beauty of scrummage is that it's 95% teamwork and 5% luck or coincidence. So I was proud when we scored our two scrummages and everyone played their roles well. It's always nice to win a Title, so GG to SIN for showing up this week (at least for 1 round). Some clans don't show at all...
Lineups were myself, design, DMW, Terry_Bogard, headshot, Greenbudz, eyez, mindgames, and Phaser. Heat showed as well, but opted not to play since we had enough.
