SIN over GoW
With no one to keep the economist in check, it is no wonder that the strategy for tonight?s map was lame and ghey?and incredibly effective. In his defense, I would like to say that 1) Its really an 8v8 map and 2) Its horrible. Without further ado?I give you the Tostitos write-up, sponsored by Subway. Eat Fresh.
Round 1: First of all, if SIN would have lost by one or two caps it would have gone down as they most embarrassing defeat in the history of TFC. GOW gets a cap to start the round b/c SIN can?t figure out how not to telefrag the ENTIRE defense. The SIN strategy after that quick cap? 2 sentry guns in the FR, with one engineer (the fly) making suicidal runs to the front door with emps primed, trying to amass the most deaths possible in a 30 minute match allowing for 10 seconds on each run. Unfortunately he fell very short of that lofty goal, but was annoying, so it all evens out.
X played the least desirable position on the map, keeping the SG?s up, the dispensers up, and generally making sure they didn?t cap while the rest of us had fun. (A job he did quite well, not a single nade or shotty kill the entire match! Yay!) Aff controlled the front door. Grom was an enigma, sucking it up for the beginning of round 1 but then canceling his copious pornographic downloads and pwning at the end.
The Offense, consisting of bottle, stiffler, minoxic, amp, and econ brought the pain.
Round 2: avi moment. The SIN defense telefragged themselves not only once, but twice. GOW walks into the FR for an easy first cap to the jeers of the fly bemusing ?That was horrible, I don?t know any of you?
Round 2 went much the same as round 1 except that Grom played offense and bottle played defense.
Lucky SOB of the match? Grom?who got a coast to coast cap some how.
Minoxic said if he didn?t get a mention that he was going to violate bottle or something. So?he was?errr?ummm?I meant to say he was?err?ummm?satisfactory?
