Writeup:
uC over AGT
Todays clan battle in the world of Team Fortress Classic was between two older formed clans by the names of uncontrollable Chaos and The Agency.
We all pile into the server and see what we are up against when old familiar faces are everywhere. It was like a hs reunion of old tfc players. We got Brick, Breadfan, Gooster, Thought, Audixe, Raisanbran, LLoyd ( back from the dead 0, Shady, WMK, KTslim.
It was pretty crazy seeing that many guys from the old days. We knew we were in for a hell of a fight.
Round 1 - Starts off with uC taking a solid lead through the work of clutch, scrappy, aud, and steel. AGT adjusts on D and basically shuts our guys out. Our D holds well but AGT keeps the heat on top for quite some time and me and Brick are working our asses off. We settle things down a bit and both teams make very long holds. Round ends at a tie 5-5. Prob the best round of TFC I've been a part of in years. Lots of action and great moves by both teams. The kind of TFC that shakes the rust right off a player.
Round 2 - We talk things over in irc and decide that we need to adjust some things on D to counter their attack. Asie came in for audixe round 2. The fixes come in very handy. The offense adapts also and we end up with an early lead. After jumping out to the lead we have Steel pop back on D to help slow down the swarm of AGT guys coming at us. Evetually they have 5 O coming our way and it was very hard to hold but we end up holding up and winning the round 7-3.
So in the end it was a great match vs a team we knew would give us hell and that we were trying to get back for our loss on tempest some weeks back. Great to see a lot of old faces and a overall great game on a great map.
uC even got to go old-school by using 6d for a portion of rnd2. What next 2 hws? Only time will tell.

P.S. Welcome Brick back to TFC after a very long absence. Somehow watching Breadfan playing for us made him want to come back and give it a shot so we are glad he did.
P.S.S. Welcome back to LLoyd also. Thanks for reminding the rest of the D what a real TFC spy is. Not many around like in the old days.

Well, after a writeup such as this, I can't help but cheer the fuck up and not be bitter. It was a great match, (especially round 1) as much as I felt so sour from round 2. It's definitely good to see some older faces back in the game...makes me feel no so dorky for staying so long. We should definitely help each other out scrim wise, etc.

I didn't even realize we were running a full 6D, but someone in IRC did mention between rounds they might go swing engy because of a HOP reenactment with the demo at the fake flag. I dunno how much it happened, but that's why it did. I had a blast - sorry if others didn't :(

GG AGT, what brick said is true, apparently round 1 AGT's demo started spamming mirvs non-stop in the ff area, for what reason no one knows, but we returned the favor round two with our 6 D, it was perfectly legal, and really not all that lame, you sent 5 O, which was also legal...thats tfc...cry some? anyways if you didnt like it then maybe you guys should have thought about your actions before you did them =D
Either way, it was a GG, both sides played well, i hope at least half of you all had some fun. see you guys next time.

with 'hopspam' you still have the option of taking flag out top (it also isn't hard to get through of you know how to conc) with 6 d there is stacked defenders no matter which way you go.
i don't understand why you wouldn't want an exciting round 2 like round 1 was, instead you had to go all lame like that, bg whoever the guy was (assuming it was scrappy cause of how angry he was on aim after r1)

rofl, i take it you were not around for tfc back in the good days? that match was all but clean considering some of the matches from back then, i thought AGT had more older players than newer, but maybe i was wrong....6 D is not near as lame as a demo spamming mirvs non stop. oh and for the record, it was not scrappy.
Oh and one more thing, talk about our O not concing? round 1 we had 488 to yalls 281, round 2...we had i believe 5 more total concs, with 3 O for more than half of the match, to yalls 5 O...
i really dont wanna fight i thought you guys were cool but if you keep calling us out i'll keep comming back =D
and just incase...thought- im sorry i had to say something else back =[

hahaha I just watched the HLTV demo. I have always been strongly against turtling, but ya'll deserved that one lol. In my opinion, that demo spam is worse than 6 defense because you're completely blocking off the lower entrance to the FR with only 1 guy. At least with 6 defense you have to remove a guy from offense to help.
I still had a blast, but I'm glad I didn't play offense now :P
