uC vs nlv
Going into this we need it was going to be ugly. Half of us had opinions on what that ugly would be the other half had a different idea.
I convinced our guys to put tons of money on the spread so we had to win by 65 pts. We knew nlv wouldn't let us go easy.
Round 1 - With our usual practice of people coming at 8:50 we decided on a strat but since some of our guys have amazingly never played the map we had no idea what to expect. The match actually ends up quite even for a good chunk. nlv throws us off running 2 snipers and taking cp3 quite a bit since I was at cp4 as hw. Different than the normal but we wanted to try it. No one gets a all-cap so the round ended on caps and holding alone. We took it down 127-97.
Halftime - Me and beast start panicing because we have made vcash on the line if we dont win round 2 by 35. That being said beast came in for Globerunner. This was our first mistake lol.
Round 2 - Beast has grey's anatomy on his mind so he doesnt kill shit. I start off with a minus .500 score and keep it for awhile. First hw in cz2 history that didnt have top kills on the map. We seemed to hold better but we didnt cap as much. Some drama went on mid-round and things got nuts. nlv did a good job to their credit. They stun us and win the round 108-105.
Great game nlv you guys brought it to us and we underestimated you.
