FOoM over BoA
Well things looked grim at first tonight. First of all, our server decided to mysteriously disappear, and after fifteen minutes we joined the server of some dude who thinks he's e-cool. Seven people join up and we screw around on torch2, nobody was really that excited to play, and [BoA] was short as well. So after Forn asked us about a hundred times (with increasing frustration) what map we wanted to play 7v7 and we responded with suggestions like ukfootie, BAM, and totalwar, somehow 2fort was eventually decided. I'm not sure what's wrong with torch2...but I guess neither team wanted to play it.
R1 we decide to run a 3D 4O strat, while [BoA] had a more conventional 3O 4D. Caps came in from both sides at about the same rate, but they were a tad bit faster and finished with two more caps. Final Score 100-80 [BoA]. Offy: caedere, headshot, Mizan, Suab. Defense: Crisis, Fornaught, VK.
R2 we play 8v8 and things turn out differently. Our defense holds very well (gj guys), only letting out one cap early on. Meanwhile the offense pours it on and gets a lot of touches and caps. Final Score 110-10 [FooM]. Offy: caedere, headshot, Mizan, Solo. Defense: Crisis, Fornaught, Suab, tal.
Nice to see VK and Solo again, both of whom have been gone for awhile. And speaking of Solo, props to him for going from medic to engie and then...well, I'll let his own words tell the rest:
