1MA over SIN

=1MA= vs -SIN-

So we got 0 minutes of prac in since people didn't really start getting in the server until close to match time. Wasn't too excited about that considering we were going up against a seasoned team on a map that thrives on teamwork. Two new additions to our micro roster also promised to make things interesting.

Round 1 - Everyone jumps in the server and things start off back and forth and then they pull out two all caps. We get hardly any penetration to their final cap point because me and alan are the sollys who would have got the penetration. Things got intense since we wanted our first STA win ever and we tried to battle back. Round ends with SIN ahead and with us having got 0 all-caps.

Halftime - Bill Walsh ( r.i.p ) speaks to us in irc and enlightens us that Erl should probably play solly instead of me. So being as he's a football genius we listened.

Round 2 - We battle back little by little holding the cp's. End up making up about a 21 point defecit when POW they fucking all cap on us because Alan fucking blows and our spirits are ruined. So naturally me and syphon inspire the team with talks about how this match is ours to lose. The guys go nuts and start flinging shit at their walls and we start fighting back again. We finally penetrate the fair point with me and Erl and pretty much dominate, clearing the way for our weaker players. Next thing you know fk caps an all cap for us and we finally get some points. We keep the pressure going and with less than 3 minutes left take the lead with a 2nd all cap. After this the guys hold strong and hold things down for the comeback. 1MA wins this round

VGG SIN. It was lots of fun.

MVP - Erl because he's the best at not having fun. That and dominating a spot I sucked at and quite possibly winning the match for us.

We fucking won a STA match!!!
