Thursday November 8th: TFL 3a vs Corpse Squadron, 2 rounds of Redgiant.
This map has grown on me a bit, it's better designed than I first thought. CS appeared to be having some roster problems here. Actually we were going nuts trying to get enough for this round too, poor /tmp/Baberaham had to play in a "fugue state" due to illness, hehe, love you Babe and thanks.
Round1 was mostly a real game, although CS only had 8 and several were conspicuously wearing the telltale "r" on their tags. Our D was tight and our O did some cool things (woot for the spy gren jump with the flag Greenbudz). Templar was a cap whore :) Anyway, 130-0 round1.
Round2 CS was down to 5-6 players, we gradually dropped people who were sick or had other things to do. "Just this side of a forfeit" as Wrench said. We took their flag a few times but our hearts weren't in it, and there was lots of one on one fighting just for fun here and there around their base.
Sorry for you troubles CS, you were very good sports in light of it, and I hope things pick up for you. GG CS.
