/tmp and SvN RUN in STA
RUN! was the map to be played in STA this week and we looked forward to running with a top clan, The Sovereign.
Round 1 on the /tmp server, we strapped on our rocket launchers and tied our tenny runners and proceeded to RUN. And RUN we did! Before SvN knew what hit them /tmp was up 6-1. About that time though, SvN made a trip to the Gatorade table and found some energy as they out ran us to end the round. /tmp managed to cross the finish with the lead but it was a close one! Round 1 ends in favor of /tmp 7-5.
Round 2 we ran over to the SvN server and decided to make some changes including adding another runner and changing some DM-ers. We crossed our fingers hoping our tired legs could hang on and RUN on more lap like the last. SvN must've been in that "runners high" that marathoners get though cause they continued where they left off from round 1. They ran better on their server and /tmp just couldn?t find their stride again. Round 2 ends in favor of SvN 11-2.
